Lanterns.....

Well all we see nowaday tat are selling in mall...almost all are battery operated..which was kinda...erm...dunno...does it still call lanterns?or juz some kind of 'walking' bulbs?...and some even accompanied wif some nursery rhymes or disney song or watever..din care...but does it still call lanterns?...not some gloomy torchlight?

Slightly evolve abit of lansterns...still use candle...

anyway....although is nt the conventional lanterns tat those 'made in china' lanterns which i believe u all still had those memories when they r small....which....u light it up...and all end up burning...muehehe.....arsonist in the making....lolz...mayb tat why most of those so call 'lanterns' are being sold in mall were battery operated....where is the fun?the joy of watching the burning down of the paper lantern????????where??????oppss....soli...i think my evil arsonist side had show up....well who doesn't like to burn stuffs?haha....

still remember last time when i was small...mom use to make those traditional lanterns for competition held during Mid-Autumn festival....soli no pics taken coz tat time was damn small and din hav digicam...and i still remember using bamboo,steel wire and some 'lanterns' colour papers...there were 2 lanterns were make by my mom....wif the help of me and my siblings of coz..haha....one of it is a big aeroplane....damn Q big....and the other is 'Zhao Ma Dang'(canton)...erm..dunno wat it was called in english...but basically there is some spinning thingy inside the lanterns and it was generated by the heat from the candle....

The trophy from the competitions...ranging from 1st to 5th places...lolz...ignored the smaller trophy as it was from other event...nt abt the lanterns...haha
